We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, possess strong food and beverage knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success. As a Server, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Assist with setting up tables, cleaning dining areas, and maintaining a clean work environment
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
Provide guest services that exceed expectations, addressing any concerns professionally
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Experience with food preparation, serving, and basic math skills for billing and cash handling
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Hospitality or guest services background is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided to develop necessary skills in food industry standards, serving techniques, and sanitation protocols
