We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service throughout their visit. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Assist with food preparation as needed during busy periods. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented setting.
