Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during busy shifts.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is an asset. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
