Key Responsibilities

Greet guests

with warmth, positivity, and genuine enthusiasm--set the tone for their visit.

Take and enter

accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.

Deliver

dishes and drinks promptly and professionally, always with a smile.

Anticipate guest needs

before they ask, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations.

Offer

knowledgeable menu suggestions and recommendations.

Collaborate

with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service.

Handle payments and cash

accurately and efficiently.

Maintain

a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
What We're Looking For

Previous serving experience is a plus, but a

confident, people-first personality

is a must. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy brunch rush. Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Basic math skills for handling payments and POS use. Professionalism and poise under pressure.

Valid ProServe certification required.
