We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Prior experience in food service and familiarity with restaurant services are required . The Server will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, upselling menu items, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate orders using hand written methods.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly
Assist with food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with sanitation guidelines
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables during busy periods without compromising service quality
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations
Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order calculations
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Experience with food industry standards including serving, food handling, sanitation, and hospitality best practices
Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is advantageous but not required
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
