We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities. Preparing guest beverages as per standards and serving. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Work days, nights and late nights on weekends. Flexible on weekdays and must be available on weekends.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in Casual Dinning environment. Alcoholic beverage knowledge is advantageous for understanding menu items. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
