Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties

Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met consistently.

Skills

Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous. Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing. Familiarity with food preparation, serving techniques, and restaurant operations. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
