Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, excellent food and beverage knowledge, and strong communication skills. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are preferred.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods Ensure guest needs are met efficiently, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures to uphold health standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and bill splitting Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork
