We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining sanitation standards. Your ability to manage time effectively and engage with customers will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and answering any initial questions. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Upsell menu items to enhance guests' dining experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all food handling practices comply with safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.

Qualifications

Prior experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
