We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Servers and assistant servers to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth and welcoming entry into the restaurant or nightlife venue. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring all special requests are noted clearly. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary options, to answer guest questions confidently. Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and process payments swiftly while providing excellent guest relations. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing activities. Clear tables promptly and efficiently, assisting with bussing duties as needed to maintain cleanliness throughout the venue. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly. Assist with opening or closing duties, including setting up or cleaning dining areas, restocking supplies, and sanitizing workstations. Contribute positively to the team environment by supporting colleagues during busy periods or special events such as nightclub nights or private functions.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightlife venues. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or similar for order processing and cashiering. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while respecting guest preferences. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes. Experience in culinary settings or kitchen environments is a plus for better understanding of food preparation processes. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and engaging with guests.
