We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of food service operations. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success. Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
Enter orders promptly and relay them to kitchen staff efficiently
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, tables, and service stations
Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and serving
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to sanitation guidelines
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and concerns professionally
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service for all guests
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously through effective time management
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry
