We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive top-notch hospitality. Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels valued and appreciated.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus; training will be provided as necessary.
