Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations according to sanitation standards Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; hospitality or guest services experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and basic math skills for cashiering and billing tasks Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory
