We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender/server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. As well as serving tables as a server.

Our servers often make and serve their own drinks so organizational skills are a huge asset!

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Our main goal is to have the very best customer service. Be able to work as a team as well as on your own. Day server is often alone. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Process customer orders efficiently using the POS system, including Micros POS, while ensuring accurate cash handling. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders. Partake in the cleaning lists as well as keep things tidy. Work late hours as well as most weekends.

Skills

Proven experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of bartending techniques. Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality service. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to alcohol service and food handling. A passion for hospitality that enhances the overall dining experience for customers.
