NOW HIRING ? SERVER Position Summary: Jack?s Pizza & Donairs is located at 153 Harvey Road, McAdam, NB and is looking to fill the permanent, full-time position of Server to start immediately. Individuals in this role must be comfortable collaborating with all staff members to effectively and efficiently run the dining area. This role is responsible for attending to guests before, during, and after their dining experience for Jack?s Pizza & Donairs. Summary of Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Provide a pleasant and positive experience for all guests.
• Deliver and present food and beverage items to guest tables.
• Provide suggestions for food and beverage to guests.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Clean and reset tables for future guests.
• Memorize the food and beverage menu including specials.
• Sell and up-sell menu items.
• Preform all opening and closing assignments and duties as instructed.
• Able to work alone and/or with a team.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as a Server is required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to multi-task and determine priorities.
• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
• Ability to learn quickly on the job
• Basic understanding of the English language is required.

Pay, Benefits, & Hours:

• Competitive pay starting at $15 per hour plus tips.
• Flexibility in full-time shift work and weekend work required.
