Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, take accurate orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS. The Server will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of shifts Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Assist with basic food preparation or setup when needed in the restaurant environment Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation standards consistently

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred; hospitality background is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for order entry, billing, and cash handling accurately Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.20-$17.60 per hour
