We are Redchillies Royale newly opening at 720 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Minimum 3 Year experience in Bartender and serving area. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery

Skills

Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Strong cashiering skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change as needed.
