We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all legal regulations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bartending or food service is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
