Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Experience in cashiering and cash handling is preferred. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling. Knowledge of sanitation practices within the food industry. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction. Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.60-$16.00 per hour
