We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high-quality service standards Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety regulations Assist in food preparation when necessary and maintain cleanliness of dining areas Manage time effectively during busy shifts to provide timely service Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus Excellent time management and multitasking abilities during high-volume periods Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Hospitality mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
