We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all guests receive top-notch service in a friendly and efficient manner. Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items are presented beautifully and meet food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and Restrooms including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding to requests efficiently. Adhere to all food handling regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial; training will be provided as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
