Leopold's Tavern is always looking for amazing full-time servers to join the Leo's team, must be able to work both day and night/closing shifts. Leo's offers great wages based on experience and ability, stellar tips, perks, and loads of room for advancement for the right person.

Position Overview

- Support your teammates at all times and contribute to the success of the team.

- Responsible for ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and have an amazing Leo's experience every time they visit!

- Consistent and organized.

- Responsible for opening and closing/crossover duties depending on your shifts.

- Keep up to date on Leo's specials, practices and communication with managers.

- Responsible for ensuring every item served is to Leo's brand standards of quality and specification.

- Upselling to ensure the best customer experience.

- Helping to maintain takeout and delivery excellence.

- Creative freedom encouraged for menu items and merch.

- Make it your personal mission to get the job done right while remembering that work should be FUN!
