We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
Server
to join our front-of-house team. In addition to providing excellent in-person customer service, this role is responsible for answering phone calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and managing online orders to ensure a smooth and accurate ordering experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Serving
Greet guests warmly and provide a positive dining experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
Address guest questions, concerns, or special requests professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
Phone & Communication Duties
Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Take phone orders accurately and confirm order details with customers
Respond to customer inquiries regarding menu items, pricing, hours, and availability
Communicate special requests or issues clearly to the kitchen and management
Online Ordering Management
Monitor and manage incoming online orders across ordering platforms
Ensure order accuracy, proper timing, and smooth handoff to kitchen staff
Package and prepare online and takeout orders according to standards
Resolve basic online order issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable using POS systems, phones, and online ordering platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule
Candidate needs to be available to work in the day.

Pay: $17.85 per hour
