We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic food service team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that ensures guests have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations with precision and accountability
Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction during their visit
Maintain a clean, organized work station including proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Assist with host/host duties when needed to ensure smooth seating flow and guest comfort during busy hours
Contribute to a lively nightclub or bar atmosphere by providing excellent service in high-energy settings when applicable
Skills
Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably with fine dining or nightlife experience
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest inquiries professionally
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
Knowledge of culinary terms and kitchen operations enhances service quality in fine dining settings
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
