Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation according to restaurant standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines. Process payments using the cash register, handling cash transactions with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding to requests in a timely manner.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
