Job Overview


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties



Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cashiering duties with basic math skills Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations in compliance with sanitation regulations Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience Follow all hospitality protocols to promote guest satisfaction and safety

Requirements



Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and order accuracy Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the hospitality industry Flexibility to work during peak hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.70-$23.54 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
