Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server and a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage the cash register. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when applicable. Assist in training new bartenders or bar staff as needed.

Experience

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices. Familiarity with food handling procedures within the food industry is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
