Job description SUMMARY The Server position is responsible for directly servicing guests in facilities to include the Westward-Ho! Restaurant. They are responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest service by adhering to all University Golf Club\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures during operating hours, while working in a clean and safe environment, and efficiently executing and achieving all departmental goals (financial, guest satisfaction, teamwork, and staff fulfillment). The Server position will report directly to the UGC Restaurant Manager with a commitment to teamwork and a focus on achieving the department\xe2\x80\x99s overall vision and goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
