We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations to enhance guest experiences through upselling. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience. Adhere to all health regulations regarding food handling, preparation, and sanitation.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Experience in guest services or hospitality roles will be beneficial.
