Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash and process payments accurately, ensuring proper math skills are applied. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality service. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
