Cocotte Bistro, will be a refined yet casual take on an authentic French bistro with a distinctly National Capital lens featuring Executive Chef Stephen La Salle\xe2\x80\x99s classic yet contemporary approach to French bistro cuisine. Cocotte Bistro will also bet on bubbles by the glass, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, social hour specials and sharing items prepared and served en cocotte. Job Summary: The Server will provide a superior level of hospitality to all guests in English or French, offering drinks, making food recommendations and suggestions while performing full table or banquet service (breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack, dinner, late night).
