What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver professional, thoughtful, and sincere service to every guest, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
• Assist guests with food and beverage menu selections in an engaging and informative manner
• Provide detailed descriptions of beverages, including wines by varietal and region, and keep up with seasonal promotions
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods to offer personalized recommendations
• Identify dietary restrictions and allergies, ensuring clear communication with guests and colleagues
• Follow all outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistent excellence
• Ensure prompt delivery of high-quality food and beverages with attention to detail
• Maintain proper setup of mise en place and side stations for smooth operations
• Assist with function room setups and tear-downs, including tables, chairs, cutlery, and linens
• Provide service in private dining or event settings
• Support colleagues with food delivery, bussing, table resetting, and specialty coffee preparation
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to maintain efficient workflow
• Undertake additional duties as assigned to support team success
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages

Qualifications
What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of serving experience in an upscale dining environment
• Serving It Right certification
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to address and resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cohesively with a team
• Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
• Warm and sincere approach to guest interactions
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Physical Aspects of Position

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
• Regular kneeling, pushing, and pulling
• Frequent ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
• Ability to carry three or more entree plates at one time
