Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food preparation and handling. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing friendly and efficient service.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve food items according to restaurant standards, ensuring proper sanitation practices. Handle cash transactions and process payments through the cashiering system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and utensils. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service throughout their dining experience. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Cash handling experience is beneficial for processing payments accurately. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
