Server - FARO

FARO Handcrafted Pizza and Tasting Room is the brand-new restaurant at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel. We are currently seeking a server to join our team. This position will offer a flexible schedule and a host of benefits including a amazing work environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide all guests of FARO restaurant with friendly and consistent food & beverage service Motivate and engage team members to deliver the best possible service to guests at all times. Actively lead by example and maintain a supportive, positive and engaging experience Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years serving experience in a similar environment Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices and techniques as they relate to pub service, specifically in a five-star environment. Highly organized, goal and results oriented with ability to execute plans and manage change effectively. Effective decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment. Exceptional conflict resolution and objection handling skills. Evening and weekend availability is required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour
