Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. The Server will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the overall operations of the establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed, adhering to proper food handling procedures Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Ensure guest needs are met promptly, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism Follow all sanitation, health, and safety regulations to uphold food safety standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction accuracy Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, and guest services is preferred Kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus but not required
