Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Provide expert recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation standards in food handling and food safety protocols.
Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
Experience with food preparation, food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking across serving, bussing, and guest support roles.
Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding menu components and food presentation standards.
