As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that all patrons receive exceptional service.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage the cash register, process payments accurately, and handle cash transactions with precision. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Keep inventory of bar supplies and assist in ordering stock as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations. Must have Pro Serve and Protect.
