Overview

V? NAM Kitchen is a modern Vietnamese restaurant bringing authentic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere to Edmonton. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy an excellent dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with a positive and welcoming attitude. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations when needed. Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy. Check on guests during their meal and address any concerns quickly and professionally. Handle customer payments (cash, debit, credit) and process bills accurately. Keep tables, service areas, and dining room clean and organized. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Follow all health and safety standards.
Experience & Skills

Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset but not required--training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required). Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
