Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations
- Handle cash and process payments using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure proper handling of food and beverages
- Familiarity with the food industry, including different types of cuisine and menu items
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team, collaborating with kitchen staff and other servers
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations to communicate effectively with the kitchen staff
