Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Pixel POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, providing attentive service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, with a focus on restaurant experience. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Pixel POS, is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
