As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Micros POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Manage guest requests efficiently, including upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Pay: $17.20-$24.15 per hour
