Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. A background in fine dining or the food industry is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings Take accurate orders using TouchBistro POS Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure guest experience. Assist with cash handling and basic math calculations for guest checks

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings Familiarity with TouchBistro POS or similar systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling and check processing Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed A valid smart serve is required for this position. Pay: From $17.60 per hour
