We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and ensure timely delivery to the table. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained in accordance with health regulations during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and overall restaurant sanitation. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience in a food service role is preferred, with familiarity in the food industry highly valued. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with kitchen operations is a plus, along with familiarity with serving techniques.
