We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while efficiently managing orders and ensuring satisfaction.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food handling and safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for guest checks. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and utensils in accordance with health regulations. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests. Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tables during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong background in food service and hospitality. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and guest check processing. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
