We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus promptly Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation when necessary and maintain cleanliness of dining areas Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables during busy periods Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Follow all restaurant policies related to sanitation, safety, and hospitality standards

Skills

Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of food industry standards, including food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for billing, making change, and upselling products Ability to work well in a team environment with kitchen staff and fellow servers Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest services and creating positive dining experiences Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail in serving and food presentation

Pay: $17.60-$18.17 per hour
