We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS. Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed and ensure proper food handling practices are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of menu items and service techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with POS systems is a plus, particularly Micros POS. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest services is highly valued.
