Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Anticipate guests needs, and going above and beyond with your service. Romanticizing menu items to guests, including daily specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their dining experience. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in order accuracy and guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing a cash float. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and sanitation practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in the restaurant environment, with a strong understanding of food handling practices. preferred 1-2 years customer service experience(if you have the potential and less experience, we still want to meet you.) Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts while providing top-notch service. A passion for hospitality with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Serve It Right certificate.

Wage Range

$17.85 / hour + tips

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
