We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve food and drinks according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, responding promptly to any requests or concerns. Assist with the setup and cleanup of dining areas before and after service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and service areas throughout the shift.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures in a restaurant setting. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience in food preparation or previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Capable of upselling menu items through effective communication skills. Team player who can collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall dining experience.

Pay: $17.85 per hour
