We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding menu items. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Requirements

Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy periods. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.
