We are seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our waitstaff team, part-time, casual and seasonal positions are available. The successful candidate(s) will work to enhance our guests' dining experience, ensure smooth service operations, and maintain high standards of hygiene and compliance with Alberta Health and Safety Act regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating customers promptly with a friendly demeanor, while maintaining the reservation system.

- Taking orders accurately and handling special requests professionally

- Serving dishes and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

- Clearing tables and ensuring service areas are clean and tidy, this includes polishing silverware and glasses.

- Communicating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a high standard of service.

- Complying with all Alberta Health and Safety Act regulations.

- Deliver excellence in service with a focus on outstanding hospitality

- Must be dedicated to learning the food and drink menu so to make recommendations and have the ability to navigate allergy and dietary requests.

Requirements:

- Previous serving experience is required, preferably at a full service restaurant

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge and passion for the food and beverage industry

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. (We are closed stat holidays, and offer blocked leave)
